Long Time no Write

Well hello my little wordpress, I haven’t written for a long time. I have been really busy, and sometimes I have no idea what to write. Well so far I have finally made it to my clinical rotations. I am extremely excited. I feel like I don’t know enough but I bet that is how everyone feels. I get used to things. I am no longer going to have a job in like 2 days so I probably won’t be adding to much to my wordpress. Even if I never write much any more. I enjoyed having this little page. It was neat. Right now, in my life my brother has come down (he has been in Iraq) and it has been really great! When I am home I bring him breakfast in bed and I am his every night beer buddy. I love my brother so much and I admire him so much for going to Iraq. Unfortunately, he had to reinlist. He doesn’t go back until January of next year though, which is a good thing. Anyway, today I probably won’ t do much. Since I am off of class for a week. Pry go home have a sandwich and just enjoy my life that is in the making. Finally, I am going somewhere in life. I am no longer living the useless nightmare I used to live. I just give my Jesus praise for that !

Bad people

Okay, I will try to explain this so that the everyday reader can understand. I have been living my life the best I can. I haven’t done anything wrong. I am faithful to my husband. Thanksgiving was perfect. I woke up really happy. I got my turkey ready and put it in the oven. Now you know you get together with family and try to make it a good day. Well, that is the majority of people, then you have the “bad people”. You know the kind that always have that evil look on there face and try to ruin the day. Well my sister-in-law is one of those people. She told my husband that she was going to investigate me that she knows that I am doing something at school that I am not supposed to and she is going to find out what and OH! She wants to choke me, yet I was in front of her for a long time and she didn’t do anything. Why is it that she has to be such a bitch? Is she in love with me or something? I don’t know I think she is creepy and she needs to get a life. Thats all. Oh yeah my turkey came out good. First one I’ve done, ever.

I think I am finding a little direction

When I started this program (respiratory therapy) I wasn’t too sure as to why. All I know is that I came into the school looked up and saw a poster saying the “Breath of Life”. Hey, seemed powerful enough to pull me in. Some people in this program have a specific reason as to why they joined this specific program their child has asthma, they have asthma, they were premature you get the idea. Well I am not trying to be dramatic, but so far I love therapeutics. I don’t know why, I just do, I know it is going to get harder this is the only the first week of therapeutics 1. Well today I think, I think I may have found my calling. I was looking up hyperbaric chambers, and what hyperbaric chambers do is give 100% O2 at subatmospheric pressures. This can do a lot of things, but the 2 things that caught my attention is that is has been used in the treatment of autistic children and it helps impove their cognition and a variety of other things, also it helps children with ADHD. I thought that this is amazing, and it interests me more than sleep medicine, trauma, or even NICU. I don’t want to sound dramatic, but we will see if this will be my thing. Who knows, anything possible right? I just think that giving those type of children and their families a reall hope and a brighter kind of life, is nothing but GOD SENT, and a blessing.

Yesterday, I am proud to say that I got 104% on my test. How is that possible you ask? There was extra credit. I was so suprised my mouth dropped. Today is pharmacology The Autonomic Nervous System and Drug Calculations, I accidently studied the autonomic part last week so I think that I will be okay and I went over the drug calculations this morning and will probably go over them again once more in the next 2 hours. I will be having traffic school soon. No grade on that one hee hee! I know I am a little nerdy today. OH WELL. Pretty soon I will have complete 5 months of school in a 22 month period. Its getting there. This program is tough.

Road trip

Okay my husband and I are thinking of going on a road trip next year, to California. Just me and him. We are going to go visit his cousin. I was thinking, what if we just decided to go to Disneyland. Do you you know how sad that would be, “SORRY KIDS, MOMMY AND DADDY WENT TO DISNEY LAND WITHOUT YOU!” No, I would not got to disneyland without them. Actually, when I graduate, around 18 months from now, I plan on taking the kids to Disneyland. It will be their treat. I am really excited about it. My parents always took us and we always fought the whole way, and our parents threatened to turn around. I can just imagine the joy that I will endure with my 4. I want to spend forever there. So my husband should be prepared. Any way. Gotta go.
